1. I track dirt into my house each time I walk in and I have to sweep the floor every day. 
Because every house is unique and does not have a sidewalk to knock the dirt off your shoes.
2. There is such heavy traffic sometimes that I am late to work which causes me to get a write-up. 
Traffic is unpredictable and there are many reasons including recs and pedestrians which hold up traffic.
3. The lights in my neighborhood are very dim, to the point that the practically do not work.
The lights are most likely worn out or very inefficient with lighting the neighborhood at night, 
4. There doesn't seem to be a service that teaches young adults to build a personalized, well-balanced lifestyle and to transition into adulthood.
Because there is more of an emphasis on classes and grading.
5. A class offered that is centered around active listening and empathetic learning in others
Perhaps because it is not seen as an important part of the college learning experience.
6. A mandatory college class that involves knowing/brushing up on constitutional rights as an American citizen.
Perhaps because we focus primarily on math, science and literature, and law is brushed aside.
7. Skating around the university campus and falling off my longboard because of the huge cracks everywhere
Perhaps because there hasn't been much attention put towards some of the sidewalks on campus
8. Water scarcity in lots of areas of the world, in conjunction with the changing levels and flow of water around the world
Because of the change in climate and accessibility to water in some areas where there may be droughts/poor plumbing.
9. There are roaches in the house that I currently live in, to the point where I see one every other day.
Because of a poor landlord service which provides no service to pest control.
10. I have to tie my own shoes and so does everyone else, it causes us to trip and stumble if they are untied.
Because laces supposedly keep our shoes from falling off, or do they?
11. I get hiccups and there really isn't a viable cure that I've found for it
Perhaps because it is some elusive phenomenon that is beyond human understanding.
12. When it rains here with wind, my umbrella will turn inside out and break my umbrella
Because the wind is sometimes so strong that the umbrellas can't handle it, also it could be because of poorly built umbrellas.
13. Gas, CO2 emissions are polluting our air and directly heating up our planet
Because we have not found a way to mass produce a cleaner way of storing and utilizing energy.
14. We do not know how to predict earthquakes, and it can be fatal when a big earthquake hits out of nowhere
We have not developed a method yet for being able to predict earthquakes, we just haven't figured it out yet.
15. I had my bank account hacked the other day, and someone stole all the money out of my bank account
The current security systems are not resilient enough to protect against hacking and unauthorized transfers.
16. When I run out of gas in the middle of a trip
Because gas is honestly expensive.
17. Poor landlord service 
There are no established landlord expectations 
18. Hardwood floors that scratch too easy, my kitchen floor
because of poor wood surface
19. The amount of manual labor it takes to clean my house 
it exists because there hasn't been much innovation in the cleaning industry.
20. Chargers break to easy
Because they are made of poor material,

Figuring out buyer behavior - 15A

Alternative Evaluation : Based on the interviews I conducted, I found that all three of my interviewees stated that price was the largest factor when it came to buying something, however quality was seen as very important as well. Two of the three interviewees stated that they would pay a higher price for a better quality product that would last longer. The style was the next most important thing in all of the interviews, after quality. How/where do they buy? Based on the interviews, buying in person appeared to be more popular than buying through e-commerce because of wanting things instantly. If the product is available in store, then the consumers are more likely to buy in store than online. Whether or not the financing was preferred over buying something outright was largely dependent on the person's financial status. Forming an opportunity Belief

I believe there is a dilemma with poor lighting in the city of Gainesville. Many of my friends and people that come to my house state that they were a bit scared coming to my house because it was very dark outside and they didn't know where they were going. Many people tend to avoid walking through the northeast of campus as well because it is poorly lit and does not create a welcoming atmosphere.
